Quinces are harvested from the fertile land surrounding the world-famous Plitvice Lakes National Park, where clean air and rich soil produce fruit with an intense, aromatic flavour that is impossible to replicate. Quince has been a staple of Croatian home kitchens for generations — beloved for its unique floral tartness and natural wellness properties.
